Konets Boutique partners with global merchants and works very closely with skilled jewelry tradesmen in order to provide you with the absolute best prices you will find anywhere. 

Our partners are located throughout different parts of the world including India, China, Japan, Dubai, and many more.  Our unique business model and established relationships with our global partners have given us access to jewelry and accessories (the exact same pieces you find available at high-end boutiques and department stores) at phenomenally low prices and we pass these steep discounts we have earned along to you - our valued customer

Because we ship directly from our partners' facilities from various countries throughout the world, your purchase(s) may take between 3-5 weeks to arrive. Our processing time is between 3-7 days depending on the volume of orders. In addition, our partners do not provide tracking numbers, but rest assured you're in good hands and all of your purchases with us are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.  

  • For International Orders:
    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. 
    • We are not responsible for any import duties / local taxes your country may charge you for receiving your package.
  • How much is shipping?
    • Shipping is free. 
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 3-5 weeks (Not including processing time.) If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.
    • Your actual delivery time is processing time + shipping time = delivery.
  • Can I have a tracking number?
    • Unfortunately our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.
          • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
            • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
          • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
            • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

              If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly please contact us and we will fix it for you.
            • What is your refund policy?

              • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
              • You may not ask for a refund when your order has been shipped out or is in transit to your address.
